If you live in the right demographics and can work more than full time, this one, done correctly most definitely will be a hit. AN INDOOR PLAYGROUND!

Do you live in the right area? The right demographics being a very hot environment. A very cold environment. Somewhere it rains or snows a lot and an area that has kids at the elementary school level or younger. Mom and Dads are always looking for something to do with their kids, especially when the weather outside is uninviting. The indoor playground its the perfect solution to their problem. I know this isn't an original idea. Many of my ideas are not original ideas. But there is room in the market for more than one indoor playground.

To do an indoor playground well there are several things to consider. The first is the playground needs to be run by someone who will profit when the playground profits. I promise you, that this will make a difference on how well the playground is maintained and run when you, the owner is not there.

The second thing to consider is can this be full time or more for you. Many people go into business for themselves and don't realize how many hours a week that being in business for yourself takes. Most likely it will be much more than 40 hours a week. At least the first couple of years.

The third thing to consider, is the area that you live in laden with children. The ages probably have to be about 10 and under, unless there is a cool video room. If the video room is possible, than the age could go as high as 12 or 13. So basically elementary school age and younger.

If you have the demographics, time and potential clentel , then the indoor playground is a business to seriously consider.

How It Happened

For years I've been trying to figure out "What I want to do when I grow up". At 45 years old, I still don't know. Along the way, I've come up with a thousand fantastic, really good and not so good ideas of what I can do. If they were written down, it would make my job on this blog alot easier.

There was always a reason not to pursue these ideas. All of them seemed like good reason at the time. The real reason was and still to some degree is FEAR. Fear of failure. The fear is still there. But in reading about people who are going into business on their own, I found out, that they are a little bit afraid every step of the way. Not just at the beginning. So I decided to go back to the old fashion way of doing thing and I am taking it one baby step at a time. My goals are small every day and for the next year. If I can make $ 1,000.00 in the next 364 days, I will have reached this years goal for this blog. There are several things working against me. The first is that my writing skills aren't the best...... yet. The next is my lack of blogging and computer skills. The last is that I have to come up with new ideas on a fairly regular basis. I will be able to overcome all of these obstructions. The question is can I do it in the time of set for myself.
